Looking to host a Closest-to-the-Pin or Longest Drive contest without an internet connection? FSX Play lets you run local/offline challenges directly from the Games menu—perfect for in-studio fun or quick group sessions. This guide walks you through the process step-by-step.
👉 If you’re looking to create or join online Leagues, head over to the FSX Live Portal instead:
Step-by-Step Guide

Find and click the Create Contest button in the top right—or scroll down under All Contests and tap Create Contest.

Click Create Contest (blue button), then choose either Go to Contest or Close.
Contest is now live—players can join and track their scores within FSX Play only.
Our Support Limitations
Local/offline contests only work when FSX Play is online and properly launched—there’s no syncing or leaderboard data stored.
We don’t provide templates or downloadable leaderboards—this is purely a local feature.
When to Contact Support
Reach out if:
The Create Contest button remains grey, even after filling all the fields.
After tapping Create Contest, contest UI doesn’t appear or crashes unexpectedly.
Please include a screenshot of the screen and details of the issue.
