All Foresight Sports launch monitors use Ball Lock indicator LEDs to confirm when the device has detected a ball and is ready to capture data. The color of the LEDs tells you which tracking mode is active.
Ball Lock LED Colors
Blue (Ball Only)
Device is ready to capture ball data only.
Applies to all devices.
Green (Ball + Club)
Device is ready to capture both ball and club data.
Requires the Club Analysis Add-On (GCQuad, QuadMAX, Falcon, GCHawk) or a Gold/Club Subscription (GC3, Launch Pro, GC3s, LPi).
Purple (Putting + Ball + Club)
Exclusive to GCQuad and QuadMAX.
Device is ready for putting analysis along with ball and club data.

The device is searching for a ball. Reposition the ball within the hitting zone.Wrong color for your setup

Can I force purple mode for putting on a Falcon or GCHawk?
No. Purple (Putting) mode is only available on GCQuad and QuadMAX.
