Hardware Connection – Bluetooth - Pairing
Foresight Sports Launch Monitor and Mobile Device Are Not
Pairing
GC2 or GCQuad (GC3/GCHawk not supported) is not
pairing/connecting to Mobile Phone, Tablet, etc. with Bluetooth

Issue: Foresight Sports Launch Monitor not pairing with Mobile Device
(Cellphone, Tablet, Etc.)

• • This can be seen in the following ways:
    • Launch monitor not showing when searching for available
    • Bluetooth devices on your mobile device
    • Launch monitor failing to pair with the Mobile Device’s Bluetooth connection

• Reason:
  • Mobile Device Bluetooth settings are turned off
  • Launch Monitor may require registration

• Resolution:
  • Ensure Bluetooth settings are enabled on your Mobile Device
  • Hard Reset both Launch Monitor and Mobile Device

• Important Notes:
  • The GCQuad can only connect to the Performance Fitting App for iPad and iPhone via Bluetooth,
    • all other wireless connections for the GCQuad are used via WIFI
  • The GC2 only has Bluetooth connection capabilities for wireless connection to FSX 2020, FSX Pro (PC & iPad), and the Performance Fitting App.
    • GC2 does not have WIFI capabilities.
