Step 1: Reset Your FSX Live Password
Select Sign In, then click Forgot Password?
Enter your FSX Live account email.
Check your inbox (including spam/junk) for the reset link.
Set a new password and confirm the change.
Step 2: Deactivate and Reactivate Your FSX 2020 License
While still logged into performance.foresightsports.com, go to My Account → Licenses.
Locate your FSX 2020 license and click Deactivate.
Launch FSX 2020 and log in with your updated FSX Live email and password.
Re-enter your FSX 2020 license key when prompted.
If validation doesn’t work right away, press Validate again until it syncs properly.
Our Support Limitations
We cannot reset your password for you — this must be done through the FSX Live portal.
We cannot deactivate your license on your behalf — only the account owner can manage licenses.
