How to Update Your FSX Live Account and Password

Your FSX Live account is the key to accessing Foresight Sports software, courses, and subscriptions. Keeping your account information up to date ensures smooth access across FSX Play, FSX 2020, FSX Pro, and Fairgrounds. Some updates can only be done on the website, while others can be done directly in the app.

This article explains how to update your password and account details.

Update FSX Live Account Information

Update Through the FSX Live Website

  1. Go to FSX Live and log in.

  2. Click your profile name in the upper-right corner.

  3. Select My Account.

  4. From the website you can update all account details, including:

    • First and last name

    • Email address

    • Password

    • Country and time zone

    • Gender and birthday

    • Golf profile information

  5. Make changes and click Save.

Update Through the Foresight App (iOS or Android)

  1. Open the Foresight App on your device and sign in.

  2. Tap the person icon at the bottom of the screen.

  3. From here you can update the following fields:

    • First and last name

    • Email address

    • Birthday

    • Handicap

    • Handedness

⚠️ All other account fields (country, time zone, gender, golf profile details) must be updated through the FSX Live website.

Change or Reset Your FSX Live Password

Change Password in the Foresight App

  1. Tap the person icon at the bottom of the app.

  2. Select Change Password.

  3. Enter your current password, then your new password (twice to confirm).

  4. Tap Submit to save.

Forgot Password in the App

  • On the Change Password screen, tap Forgot Password?

  • A reset link will be emailed to the address associated with the FSX Live account currently logged into the app

Reset Password on the FSX Live Website

  1. Go to FSX Live Login.

  2. Click Forgot Password?

  3. Enter your account email.

  4. Use the link in the reset email to set a new password.

Our Support Limitations

  • Foresight Sports Support cannot view, recover, or change your password for you.

  • We cannot change the email address tied to your FSX Live account on your behalf.

How often should I update my password?
We recommend updating at least once per year, or immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
