What You’ll See

Resolution
This can typically be resolved directly from the subscription page by resetting the auto-renew setting.
Toggle Auto-Renew OFF
Click Save
Toggle Auto-Renew ON
Click Save again
This clears the pending state and allows changes to be made.

If the issue is not resolved after toggling auto-renew:
Log out and back into your account, then try again
If the issue continues, contact support for further review
