GC3s, Launch Pro, and Launch Pro Indoor are subscription-based devices. Once a subscription is activated, it is set to auto-renew by default. Subscription management is identical across all supported subscription devices.
All subscription, billing, and renewal settings are managed through your Foresight Sports account at:

Before You Begin
Log in using the FSX Live username and password associated with the original device registration and subscription purchase
Foresight Sports Support cannot modify billing or auto-renew settings on your behalf
Subscription Auto-Renew Behavior
Subscriptions are enabled for auto-renew by default
Auto-renew ensures uninterrupted access to software
If auto-renew is not disabled before the renewal date, the subscription will renew and be billed automatically
Auto-renew reminder emails are sent to the FSX Live account email 30 days prior to renewal
How to View or Manage Your Subscription
Navigate to https://live.foresightsports.com
Log in with your FSX Live username and password
From the left-hand navigation panel, select the Payment option (credit card icon)
The Subscriptions tab will display your active subscription, expiration date, and billing details
If multiple devices are registered, select the appropriate device
How to Disable Auto-Renew
From the Payment section, select the Payment Info tab
Locate the Auto-Renew toggle
Toggle auto-renew Off
Confirm the change when prompted
Once disabled, the subscription remains active through the end of the current billing period.
What Happens When Auto-Renew Is Disabled
The subscription remains active until its expiration date
Software access ends when the subscription expires
No additional charges occur unless auto-renew is re-enabled
Auto-renew can be turned back on at any time before expiration.
FAQ
What should I do if I do not see my subscription?
Verify that you are logged into the FSX Live account used for the original device registration and subscription purchase. Subscriptions are only visible to the account they were purchased under.
Do subscription devices receive activation codes?
No. Subscription devices do not use activation codes. Access is controlled entirely through the active subscription on your account.
Can Support disable auto-renew for me?
No. Subscription and billing settings must be managed by the account holder through live.foresightsports.com. Support does not have access to payment agreements or auto-renew controls.
Will disabling auto-renew cancel my subscription immediately?
No. Disabling auto-renew only prevents future renewal. The subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
