Some ABS gaming PCs used in Foresight Sports’ Simulator-in-a-Box (SIAB) kits may experience Wi-Fi connectivity issues due to missing or outdated motherboard drivers. This article provides the steps to update the necessary drivers to restore wireless functionality.
Quick Troubleshooting Steps
Step 1: Connect via Ethernet
Before beginning, connect your ABS PC directly to your router using an ethernet cable. This ensures a stable connection during the driver installation.
Step 2: Download the Driver
Locate Drivers & Downloads
Select Driver
Select your Windows OS (10 or 11)
Select LAN Drivers
Download the file named Realtek WIFI Drivers.
Step 3: Install the Driver
Once the file is downloaded, extract it (right-click > Extract All) to your Downloads folder.
Open the extracted folder.
Double-click setup.exe.
When prompted, select Next > Accept > Install.
After the installation completes, restart your PC.
Step 4: Test Your WiFi
Once your PC restarts, check that your Wi-Fi network is now visible and connectable.
