Below is a link to download the Hardware Diagnostic Tool (HDT).
Please see the steps below on how to save diagnostic shots from your GCHawk for support Submission:
- Save a minimum of 4 - 7 shots for review.
Hawk Diagnostic Tool:
- Once you have a shot identified to save, open the Hawk Diagnostic Tool.
- Disconnect the GCHawk from FSX Software (Can be skipped unless issues arise)
- Make sure no other shots are hit and, if possible, avoid putting a golf ball in the hitting zone. This would erase the shot planning to save.
- Connect to the GCHawk (Box 1, Select Device)
- Select the club being used (Box 3, Select Club)
- Check the appropriate issue for the shot and put any other relevant information in the comments section (Box 4, Select all suspected issues)
- Click the Send Shot on the bottom right to send the data to our server.
- Disconnect the Hawk from HDT in box 1 (Select the device list and Refresh List option. If it fails to send data close & reopen HDT) and repeat the process.
- Email the agent that saved diagnostic shot(s) have been sent along with the GCHawk serial number or if submitting a ticket explain the issues experienced.
Please see video of the examples shown here: Shot Upload Video Example
Another helpful tip:
- When hitting from the left-handed zone, it is possible for a right-handed golfer to block the far left camera with either their head/body or their golf club. You may want to get a video of the error occurring to see if any obstruction is taking place during the swing.
To submit the saved shots, please either upload or locate and send the saved shots through a contact support form submission online. Be sure to include any useful details related to the shot you took, the type of club in use, and the frequency of the issues occurrence.
