In some cases the E6 Launcher will not open when double clicking on the icon. This can be the result of a corrupted file within the AppData File. To resolve you will need to locate the folder and delete it. Then login to the Launcher and E6 Connect software once more.
To remove the folder please follow these steps:
1. Copy and paste this into a windows explorer folder: C:\Users\User\AppData\Local , it will take you to a window that looks like this:
2. Then delete the "ForesightSports" folder.
3. This will then require you to add your FSX Live username and password as well as the Foresight Sports E6 integration license provided to you originally.
