If you are seeing missing or zero club data in E6 Connect, follow the steps below.
⚠️ Important Note: E6 Connect is third-party software with its own support team. Foresight Sports Support can help confirm your device and Foresight software are working properly. If your device and FSX software display club data correctly, but E6 Connect does not, you will need to contact E6 Connect Support for further assistance.
Step 1: Confirm Club Data in Foresight Software
Launch FSX Play, FSX 2020, or FSX Pro.
-
Hit a shot and confirm that club data is showing correctly in the Foresight software.
-
If it does not:
Verify Club Mode is enabled on your device (GCQuad, QuadMAX, GC3, GC3s, or Launch Pro with Club Add-on).
Check that club markers (dots) are applied correctly.
Ensure the hitting area has good lighting and no obstructions.
-
If club data is missing in both FSX and E6, troubleshoot your Foresight device first.
Step 2: Check E6 Connect Version
Make sure you are running the latest version of E6 Connect.
Older versions have had known issues where club data would not pass through correctly.
Step 3: If E6 Connect Is Still Missing Club Data
If:
Club data appears normally in FSX software, but not in E6 Connect → This is an E6 Connect software issue.
At this point, please contact:
