Why Does My Account Show Free, Ask Me to Join Silver, or Offer Me Course Pass If I Have an FSX License?
Silver and Course Pass are already on your account, included with your FSX license at no cost. The account and membership screens are being updated over the coming weeks, so what they display has not caught up yet. We wanted FSX license holders to have Silver and Course Pass as soon as they were ready, so the features went live ahead of the screens that show them.
What You May See
- Your membership badge reading Free, or Silver shown as a plan to join
- Silver shown at $0/yr, or with a dash where a price would be
- A “Manage” button on the Silver card that opens the billing portal
- An error if you tap “Join Silver” or “Skip”
- Course Pass not shown on your account, or offered to you for purchase
- Silver and Course Pass shown at $0.00 at checkout
What Is Actually True
- Silver features already work — saved sessions, dispersion, drills, shot tagging, and the courses on your account.
- Course Pass is active and its courses are available to download in Foresight Premier.
- There is nothing to join, nothing to manage, and nothing to pay for the Silver and Course Pass included with your FSX license.
- No charge will occur for the Silver and Course Pass included with your FSX license.
If You Tapped “Join Silver”
- Close that screen. You do not need to complete it, and closing it will not affect your Silver access.
- Go straight to a session or a course.
- If that flow offers you Course Pass, do not purchase it. Course Pass is already included with your license.
If You Are Offered Course Pass for Purchase
- Do not buy it. It is already on your account at no cost.
- To confirm it is working, open the course library in Foresight Premier. Course Pass courses will be listed and available to download.
If You See Silver or Course Pass at Checkout
- Silver and Course Pass appear at $0.00 because they have already been added to your account.
- If you received them with your FSX license key, you do not need to check out. No payment information is required and nothing further is needed from you.
- Silver and Course Pass are included with some promotional offers as well, and those do require checkout. If you are not sure which applies to you, contact us with the email address on your Foresight account before completing anything.
If You Tapped “Manage” on the Silver Card
- The billing portal opens because that button is shared across plans. There is nothing to manage or pay for Silver or Course Pass.
- The portal shows paid add-ons only. Silver and Course Pass will not appear there, because neither is a paid subscription on your account.
Note:
We will let you know when your account page shows Silver and Course Pass. In the meantime, your access is not affected by what these screens display.
