If you are experiencing an issue with your GC2 and have been directed by Foresight Sports support to retrieve device logs, connect the GC2 to your PC via USB-C and follow these steps:
- Power on the GC2 and connect it to your PC using a USB-C cable.
- The GC2 will appear as “Personal Launch Monitor” on your PC.
- Navigate to the GC2 device in your PC's file explorer.
- Locate the .log file(s) and copy the log files to your PC.
- Send the log files to Foresight Sports support as directed.
NOTE: Log retrieval is a support-guided process. Do not delete or modify log files on the device.
