Commercial subscriptions cannot be cancelled freely mid-contract. They are governed by your commercial agreement rather than the self-serve cancellation flow used for consumer subscriptions. This applies to both Foresight+ Commercial and Foresight One.
How Commercial Cancellation Works
- Your commercial agreement sets your contracted term and any locked volume or multi-year discount.
- Term commitments cannot be unwound mid-contract outside the terms of that agreement.
- On a multi-year agreement, early termination means the remaining term is billed at list price. Your locked discount is clawed back.
- Refunds are not available. Cancellation stops future renewal only, and access continues through your paid term.
If You Do Not Intend to Renew
- You can request that a non-renewal be recorded on your account so your subscription does not auto-renew at the next cycle.

Note:
Not renewing at the end of your term is different from cancelling mid-contract. Letting your term run out avoids the discount clawback that applies to early termination.
