Foresight Premier is a Windows PC application. It requires Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit, and does not run on Mac.
Checking Your Computer
To determine whether your computer meets the system requirements, check the four items below and compare them against the published specifications:
SEE: What are the System Specification To Run Premier Software On A Computer?
Processor and RAM
- Press Windows + I to open Settings, then go to System > About.
- Your processor and installed RAM are listed under Device specifications.
Graphics Card and VRAM
- Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open Task Manager, then select the Performance tab.
- Select GPU in the left panel. Your graphics card model is shown at the top, and your VRAM is listed as Dedicated GPU memory.
Free Disk Space
- Open File Explorer and select This PC.
- Available space is shown beneath each drive.
Comparing Your Results
- Check your figures against the Minimum specification first. Your computer needs to meet or exceed every line — processor, RAM, graphics card, VRAM, and available disk space.
- Meeting the Minimum specification means Premier will run at 1080p with Low graphics quality.
- Meeting the Recommended specification means you can run higher graphics quality, or 4K if your configuration supports it.
- If your hardware sits between the two, or is not listed, it may still perform well — the published specifications are tested configurations rather than a complete list of supported hardware.
Note:
If you would rather see your processor, RAM, and graphics information on one screen, press Windows + R, type dxdiag, and press Enter. The System tab shows your processor and memory; the Display tab shows your graphics card.
Tablet Use
- Premier does not support tablet use for simulation.
- Tablets are supported for the Foresight app only.
