If You Cancel
- You keep full access through the end of your current paid term.
- Cancellation stops future renewals.
- It does not refund the current period.
If Your Subscription Lapses
- If a payment fails, Stripe retries the charge and you have a grace period.
- If the payment remains unresolved, your subscription lapses and your entitlements are revoked.
In Both Cases
- If you are on a legacy rate — Loyalty Deal, Gold Continuity, or Basic Continuity — you permanently forfeit that discounted rate. Re-subscribing is at standard pricing.
- In Premier, dropping to the Free tier means losing access to previously purchased courses. Silver is the minimum tier required to keep them.
Note:
All subscription sales are final. There are no refunds for the current term.
