Your Evaluation Window
- Every new device includes a 30-day trial.
- A credit card is required to start the trial, and the trial converts to a paid subscription automatically at the end of 30 days.
- This trial is the intended window for evaluating whether a tier is right for you. If you do not want to be charged, cancel before day 30.
Cancelling Instead
If you would rather not continue, you can cancel your subscription:
- You will not be charged again.
- You keep full access through the end of your current billing period.
Note:
If you are on a legacy offer — Loyalty Deal, Gold Continuity, or Basic Continuity — cancelling permanently forfeits your discounted rate. Once forfeited, the rate cannot be reinstated.
