When purchasing or selling a Foresight Sports device through a third party, it’s important to understand our ownership transfer process. Completing a transfer ensures the new owner has access to technical support, verified ownership status, and future service options.
Transfer Fees by Device
Launch Pro (LP), Launch Pro Indoor (LPi)
Transfer of ownership fee: $250GC3, GC3s (GC3 subscription)
Transfer of ownership fee: $500GCQuad, QuadMax, Falcon, GCHawk
Transfer of ownership fee: $1,000
Waived Transfer Fees
The transfer fee will be waived if:
You have previously purchased a Foresight Sports product or software that exceeds the transfer fee value, or
You are already a registered owner of a Foresight Sports launch monitor.
What the Transfer Provides
Full access to our technical support team for the device.
Registration of the device under your name.
Verification that the device has not been reported lost or stolen.
About Software Licenses
Software licenses (FSX Play, FSX Pro, FSX 2020, etc.) are non-transferable under our terms and conditions.
In some cases, if login credentials were included in a third-party sale, the buyer may be able to use them. However, this falls outside our official process and is not supported or guaranteed.

Why is there a transfer fee?
The transfer fee covers the cost of updating ownership records, verifying device status, and granting the new owner full access to our support resources.
What if I bought my device on eBay or through another reseller?
As long as the device is not reported lost or stolen, you can complete the transfer process with us directly.
What happens if my device was reported stolen?
Unfortunately, we cannot provide support for stolen devices under any circumstance.
Do software licenses transfer with the device?
No. Software is non-transferable. In rare cases where login credentials were shared in a third-party sale, you may be able to access them, but this is not supported by Foresight Sports.
Can the fee ever be waived?
Yes. If you have previously purchased a Foresight Sports product that exceeds the transfer fee value, or you already own a launch monitor with us, the transfer fee will be waived.
