When your order ships, you’ll get a tracking email. This article explains what happens after purchase and how to request an update if you haven’t received tracking yet.
What Happens After You Place an Order
Order confirmation: Emailed shortly after purchase.
Fulfillment: Your order is prepared; items may ship separately.
Tracking email: Sent when a shipment leaves our facility (from our system or the carrier).
International orders: If purchased outside the U.S., your regional distributor handles fulfillment and tracking. See International Support below.
How to Request a Shipping / Tracking Update
