Both the GCQuad and QuadMAX launch monitors include a Save Shot function. This feature is used to capture a specific shot for review - usually to document an anomaly, variance, or a missed shot.
⚠️ Important:
Saving a shot will only preserve the last shot taken.
If you place another ball or club in the hitting zone after saving a shot, the saved shot will be erased.
Always transfer the saved shot to your PC immediately after saving, before resuming play.
Saving Shots on QuadMAX
When using the device as directed, hit shots until the issue or anomaly occurs. Do not place another ball into the hitting zone.
While the hitting zone is clear, press the Menu button (three stacked lines).
On the left-hand side, tap Page 2.
Tap System Info.
On the first System Info page, tap Save Latest Shot under Shot Saver.
The last shot is now saved and ready to transfer to your PC.
Notes for QuadMax
Only one shot can be saved at a time.
Always transfer the current saved shot before saving another shot
Placing a ball or club in the hitting zone after saving will erase the saved shot.
Saving Shots on GCQuad
When using the device as directed, hit shots until the issue or anomaly occurs. Do not place another ball into the hitting zone.
While the hitting zone is clear, press the OK button.
Use the Up/Down arrows to scroll to Diagnostics and press OK.
The screen will display: “Press OK 3 times to save the last shot.”
Press the OK button three times to confirm.
The last shot is now saved and ready to transfer to your PC.

Retrieving Saved Shot Data via USB-C
After saving a shot, follow these steps to transfer the data to your PC for Support review:
Connect your device (GCQuad or QuadMAX) to your PC using a USB-C cable.
On your PC, open File Explorer.

Navigate to:
This PC > Foresight Sports GCQ or Foresight Sports QuadMax Click into the Storage Device icon.
Locate the saved shot file(s). Each saved shot will appear as a separate file (.BALL for ball data, and .CLUB for club data)
Copy the file(s) to your PC desktop or another easy-to-find folder.
Attach the saved shot file(s) when submitting your support request or replying to your existing support request.
Best Practices
Save the shot immediately after the issue occurs.
Transfer saved shots to your PC right away.
Avoid placing another ball or club in the hitting zone until the transfer is complete.
