If you are having trouble using the download function of FSX PLAY (Found in v22.214.171.124 and above), please see the steps below:
If you have not yet downloaded and installed FSX PLAY v126.96.36.199 or above, please see the FSX PLAY Product Support Page.
Cause: The Download Manager Background Application is not currently running.
Solution: Follow steps below -
1. Open your Windows File Explorer
2. Locate this file location:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Foresight Sports Experience Components\DownloadManager
3.Identify and Right Click on the ForesightSports.DownloadManager.exe application.
4. Select, Run As Administer.
Now launch the FSX PLAY software and attempt to use the download function.
