Hardware Connection – Bluetooth – Not Connecting (In Software)

Foresight Sports Launch Monitor Is Not Connecting to Software After Being Paired with Mobile Device

GC2 or GCQuad (GC3/GCHawk not supported) is not connecting to
FSX Pro (FSX 2020 Purchase Required Mobile App) or FSSPerformance Fitting (Free Mobile App)

• Issue: Foresight Sports launch monitor is not connecting within the
  Software device connections after successful Bluetooth pairing
  • This can be seen in the following ways:
    • Software is not populating paired device within the connection window
    • Software is not connecting to the launch monitor after selecting the available device – producing an error

• Reason:
  • Mobile Device Bluetooth settings have been turned off
  • FSS Launch monitor is not paired with the mobile device or PC
  • GC2 does not have Bluetooth capabilities. Noted with an "A" before the serial number. (Ex. A12345)

• Resolution:
  • Ensure that the PC is connected to the mobile device in the settings
  • Mobile Device is connected to other Bluetooth connected devices and dropping the connection to launch the monitor
  • Only GCQuad & GC2 connects to the Performance Fitting App via Bluetooth
  • GCQuad Bluetooth connection not supported in FSX 2020 and FSX Pro
  • The FILTER settings on the Device settings menu does not have "Bluetooth Enabled"
