Collecting the Software Log file is the best way to report a software issue to Technical Support. By capturing the log file the support team will be able to review the behavior and actions of the software in general detail.
When reporting the issue also be sure to provide detailed step-by-step instructions of how you produced the error in the software. This additional information, along with the Log File, allows the Support Team to attempt to replicate the issue in our testing.
Collecting The FSX 2020 & FSX Subscription Log File:
1. Right Click on the FSX Desktop Icon, and Select "OPEN FILE LOCATION"
2. Open the LogFiles Folder from the Foresight Sports Experience Directory:
3. Within the LogFiles Folder you will see the available LogFiles:
4. Select All Available LogFiles and Attach them within a Support Ticket to Support for review.
