This article will cover how to resolve your subscribed Launch Pro not properly activating your software.
Problem:
- Subscribed Launch Pro is not activating Software. Software is asking for Activation Code.
Resolution:
- With your Foresight Sports Software closed and at your desktop to your computer, open up your File/Windows Explorer which can be accessed by clicking on the folder icon on your taskbar:
- From there in the address bar presented at the top of the Explorer, copy and paste the following address: %USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow\Foresight and hit enter on your keyboard.
- Once inside the Foresight folder; locate and delete the FSX Play folder:
- Now with this folder deleted, restart your PC.
- Once at your desktop, launch FSX Play with the shortcut on your desktop.
- Select to Sign-in using the Launch Pro device; rather than a license key.
- Now Sign-in with your FSX Live Username and Password (the same credentials used to subscribe and manage your device).
- You should now have access again to your Software.
