Below are a few troubleshooting steps to resolve Bluetooth connection issues with the Foresight App.
Currently, the only connection type available is Bluetooth within the Foresight App.
1. Make sure the GC3/LP is on the latest Firmware.
2. Check that the mobile device is on the latest firmware whether on IOS or on Android.
3. Check Bluetooth is enabled in the GC3/LP and Bluetooth is on in the mobile device.
4. Uninstall the app, then reinstall the app.
5. Uninstall the app, restart the GC3/LP and the mobile device then reinstall the app.
6. When searching for the device do not cancel scan/search until it finishes searching for a device.
7. If not using the scanning for nearby device option make sure to put in the correct serial number which can be located in the "About" section within the GC3/LP or on the bottom of the unit underneath a square QR code. The article below is for reference.
