This is for customer who have had it working previously but are unable to now connect, or have not been able to connect yet.
This issue appears from time to time since the last Apple update.
To resolve please follow the steps below:
1. Go to phone settings,
2. Select HEALTH
3. Select Data access & devices
4. Select Fore
5. Confirm that all categories are set to active.
Then everything should work normally.
Otherwise, please delete the app from your phone and reload it from the AppStore. Your data will all be preserved.
